Although Peg's choice to appear in this drama may seem a strange choice for sad people, it is even more noteworthy that Matrin is too charming to be believed to play Laura. The Bisono family includes Michael O'Keefe, who plays Dan, Peg's late husband's best friend and director of the Actors Theatre for the Deaf, providing Peg with a new romantic interest. Thankfully, she condemns Peg's expression of love.
